Supplies and or services to be furnished under the BPA shall be specified by the issuance of firm fixed price delivery orders from any Government and or State and Local agency. Acceptable orders will be sent to Intelligent Decisions, Inc.(IDI) for processing. Unacceptable orders requiring modification will be coordinated directly with the ordering activity.
Delivery Orders issued shall include, but not be limited to the following information:
- Date of order
- BPA Contract number
- Order Number (must be unique ordering Agency order number)
- Appropriation and accounting data
- Contract Line Item Numbers for software
- Description of end items to be delivered
- Complete delivery address and Point of Contact name and telephone number
- Delivery due dates
- The firm fixed price of the order
- The ordering Agency billing address
- Complete ship to address and information
- Signature of Ordering Contracting Officer
The Scope of this BPA effort is worldwide. Ordering via this BPA is decentralized. Requests for Quotation (RFQs) may be posted to GSA's electronic RFQ system, e-Buy. E-Buy, GSA's electronic RFQ system, allows ordering activities to post requirements and obtain quotes electronically. Ordering activities may access e-Buy at http://www.ebuy.gsa.gov
Payment Information
Payment terms – Net 30 days from the date of Government receipt of invoice or date of acceptance, whichever is later.
Fast Payment Procedure
The provisions of FAR 52.213-1 Fast Payment Procedure (MAY 2006) are incorporated in this BPA by reference and pertain to Credit Card purchases or other applicable order deliveries. Fast Payment procedures may be used when the conditions of FAR 13.402 are met and the delivery order authorizes Fast Payment.
