Intelligent Decisions offers clients two service programs for warranty and/or out-of-warranty repairs. So you can choose the right, most cost effective program based on the level of repair response required to support your business priorities.

YourSite

When downtime impacts mission critical operations and same or next day service is required, Intelligent Decisions offers YOURsite repair services. Our trained service technicians will be dispatched to YOURsite for immediate equipment troubleshooting and repairs. Call 800.565.2171 to log your service call and discuss repair requirements with our help desk technicians. All repairs are subject to determination of repairability and economic feasibility, and we will work with you to help you make the best repair decision for your business needs. YOURsite services are offered to clients located in the greater Washington metropolitan area that includes Northern Virginia, D.C. and the Baltimore, Maryland corridor. Same day service requests must be received by 10:00am for guan teed onsite response.

Our Site

If onsite, mission critical response is not required, Intelligent Decisions offers clients the option to bring equipment to OURsite for depot repair services. We are conveniently located in Ashburn, Virginia, with easy access from Interstate 66, the Dulles toll Road and Routes 50, 28 and 29. We provide an extensive array of services including repair or refurbishment of equipment from the full unit to component part levels. And all OURsite services are performed in our ISO 2000 registered facility.
