Intelligent Decisions is an authorized Apple Service Provider.  We diagnose and repair all in-warranty and out-of-warranty Apple computers and notebooks and service the entire Washington DC area.  Our service technicians are available to make home/office calls or you may bring your products to our Ashburn, VA facility.

Hardware Disablement

Intelligent Decisions is also one of very few authorized service providers able to perform hardware disablement.  This service disables Airport WiFi, Bluetooth, iSight Camera, IR Port - it is not destructive and will not void the Apple warranty.
