Secure Integration Process

For nearly two decades, ID has been providing unique security services to its Defense and Intelligence Community clients.

At ID, system security is the highest priority. We have adopted "best security" standards, practices and criteria in our ISO 9001:2008 accredited integration center, and we also maintain a "security facility clearance" issued by the federal government.

With the country's increased focus on security, we have further enhanced our security programs and are pleased to offer all of our government and commercial clients the benefits of our Secure Integration Process (SIP).

FDCC Compliance
Intelligent Decisions' SIP process can be used with FDCC compliant secure desktop requirements to meet the following security configurations developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS):
  • OMB Memo M-07-11
  • OMB Memo M-07-18
  • OMB Memo 31 July
  • OMB Memo 19 Dec

Configuration Support
ID's systems engineers assist Agency personnel in configuring systems to meet exact requirements.

Integration Services
Using ID's state-of-the-art testing and burn-in facility, ID will perform component installation, configuration, testing, and system/component burn-in.

Security and Quality Services
ID's facilities are designed to follow the stringent guidelines of ISO 2000 procedures and quality control processes. ID will also scan the systems prior to shipping to certify that they are 100% virus free, as part of ID's Secure Integration Process (SIP).

Asset Tagging
ID will affix Agency-issued asset tags to systems and devices as specified. ID will also capture asset information along with system serial numbers and provide informational reports to the Agency.

Hard Drive Imaging
Systems that have a pre-configured set of software on the hard drive (to include the operating system, applications, utility and other software) can be sent to ID via CD-ROM or File Transport Protocol (FTP). ID will load the desired image as specified on the order.

Logistics Service
ID can warehouse systems for clients until they are ready to be received. ID will also provide free delivery for systems with "Ship-To's" within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area.
