Telephone Support
ID can provide end-user telephone support for your software and/or appliance server. Toll-free, 24x7 coverage is available, and our technical service specialists are trained to represent your company so help desk outsourcing is transparent to the end-user. ID can provide first level response and will escalate higher levels of support to your designated engineering support teams. If desired, ID can also provide theses additional support services and will train its post-sales engineers to provide second and third level support as required.

Server/Part replacement
ID maintains a significant level of repair inventory based on mean time between failure (MTBF) statistics. On-Site and Return to Depot repair services are also available at levels ranging from same day, next day to next week repairs depending on client service requirements. If your system is designed such that a new, whole-unit repair replacement is affordable and desirable, then ID can stock and maintain "Advance Replacements" to insure mission critical, same and next day repair availability. ID's repair services are provided in the same ISO certified and secure facility where products are manufactured assuring clients and their end-users of industry leading quality repairs.

Training

Intelligent Decisions offers end-user and reseller appliance product and service training in Chantilly, VA. This provides our clients with both a Mid-Atlantic Commercial Area and Federal Market Area presence. ID is located in close proximity to Dulles, Reagan Washington National and Baltimore Washington International airports with high availability of affordable lodging and restaurants for class participants.

Engineering

With expertise in security, networking, storage and database development, ID's certified engineers are available to assist with product development/evaluations and pre/post-sales end-user and reseller support.
