Design Review

All of our clients have distinctive and specific application requirements that are crucial to the success of their business. Part of the value that Intelligent Decisions offers is a high-level of customization and design flexibility to meet the most detailed requirements. Unlike other companies, we don’t offer standard server configurations that you must choose from for your appliance server. While we do try to standardize certain components for quality assurance, we understand that needs vary from one client to the next. To guarantee that our solution will meet business and product requirements, we first schedule a design review. During this review, we determine performance factors (MTBF, I/O, O/S, Throughput, Storage) as well as what specialized hardware components will be required (SSL Encryption, Removable Storage, Deep Packet Inspection, Caching Engines). In addition, our engineers complete a Form Factor Review to determine if there are unique chassis dimensions or environmental requirements. Finally, private branding is offered to all of our clients.

System Prototype

ID can brand your appliance servers with custom colors and/or logos for a unique look that can be advantageous for marketing purposes. We typically customize the front bezel only since most servers will be installed in a rack and that is the only part visible to the client. However, customization of the entire server is available, if desired.
