Continuous Monitoring

Continuous Monitoring is the logical extension of all Federal Government Certification and Accreditation (C&A) processes. Many agencies continue to experience significant increases in the number of sophisticated cyber attacks (denial-of-service, phishing, etc.) and the impact from elusive adversaries (nation-state, non-national, cyber criminal, and insiders) goes unresolved indefinitely. Network detection capabilities of the Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) outpace our ability to analyze data that comes from an array of collection sources. The drive to maintain situational awareness across all of these systems is the heart of ID's Continuous Monitoring Solution.

ID has extensive experience assessing, implementing, and sustaining compliance-driven, Continuous Monitoring solutions across multiple platforms throughout the Federal Governments. Our approach to mitigating the APT emphasizes Continuous Monitoring through strategy, program development, architecture and technology, compliance, and organizational structure as a means of more effectively utilizing security information to identify vulnerabilities, mitigate threats, and manage risk.
